The first in a series of tree studies.
Each tree holds two truths at once — stillness and motion, strength and surrender. The trunk anchors. The canopy moves. Tao Te Ching, verse 29: there is a time for being in motion, a time for being at rest.
Boom I is an exploration of that tension. Static and kinetic energy, caught in a single form. An ode to the tree as living being — and to our place within nature, not above it.
